NightN to Present its Major Developments at Photonics 2023

The company’s key product is an adaptive optical system for correction of high-power laser radiation. Such systems are required to solve problems related to radiation transport or to obtain the sharpest possible focus of the beam on the target surface. The main element of the system is a deformable mirror, which changes the shape of the surface under the action of applied electric voltages. As a rule, a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor, which can not only calculate aberrations of laser radiation, but also evaluate the parameters of the beam in the far zone, serves as a feedback device. The company also develops and manufactures interferometers and hartmannometers for measuring optical surfaces of different curvature. The company’s main products will be presented at the exhibition: the Closed-Loop Adaptive System booth, deformable bimorph mirrors, and mirrors on piezo pushers.
